Rollstone Family Dental does not currently accept MassHealth (Medicaid).
Out-of-Network Insurance
Even if Rollstone Family Dental is not in your plan's network, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for your care. Yes. We handle all insurance billing on your behalf. You pay your portion at the time of your visit and we take care of submitting and following up on your claim with your insurer.
Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network care. Call us with your plan details and we'll walk you through what coverage you may still be entitled to. In many cases, the out-of-pocket difference is smaller than patients expect.
Our in-house Dental Membership Plan was built specifically for patients without insurance. The Complete Plan starts at $36/month and includes two cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, four X-rays, and 20% off all other treatments — with no waiting periods and no annual limits. It's the simplest, most affordable way to stay on top of your dental health without insurance.
Yes. Dental care is an eligible expense under most Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). We accept FSA and HSA cards as a form of payment. Check with your plan administrator for specific details about what treatments qualify.
For larger treatment plans, we are happy to discuss payment arrangements that spread the cost over time. Please speak with our front desk team at your appointment or call us in advance to discuss your options.
We verify your insurance before every appointment and give you a clear estimate of your coverage and out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins. You'll never walk in blind about what you're expected to pay.
We follow up on all outstanding claims on your behalf. If a claim is denied, we'll investigate the reason, resubmit with additional documentation where appropriate, and communicate with you throughout the process. You won't be left to handle it alone.
