I can not say enough good about Dr. Mark and and staff. They are all wonderful caring people. I had to get a complete set of dentures I have extreme fear of dentist no matter what they are doing for me. Dr. Mark and staff was kind and so gentle and understanding. My journey of having all the work done is almost over. For a few years I have not wanted to smile .But now im looking forward to being able to with out shame. Please rather you are scared to death of dentist or just need dental work. Choose this office. You won't regret it.
I can’t say enough about this office! I have such a phobia with the dentist, and everyone here has been so friendly and gentle from the minute I walked in! They are flexible and got my appointment moved up, they are fairly priced, and just overall an amazing practice! Seriously can’t recommend Dr. Mark and team enough especially if you are a baby when it comes to dental work! Both Gabrielle and his other assistance were both great as well! Such a good experience compared to past ones I have had.
I had a great experience during my first visit to SmileCare Dental of Fitchbirg! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. The office is clean and modern, and everything was explained to me clearly throughout the process. Gabriel (sp?) and Dr. Mark were very kind and patient I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care I received. Looking forward to continuing my dental care here—highly recommend!
Tanya was awesome. I am afraid of dentists and she made it a very comfortable visit. Also when I went in for the dental work ( I am petrified of dentists) it was amazing. Dr. Mark was kind and gentle, and Gabriel was so good he even helped me with my internet (So I could listen to music to take my mind off of the fillings).

Great top notch service, Dr. Mark is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Tori did a great job with the cleaning! Very delicate yet very efficient. Have gone to this location for quite a while and I will continue to go here. Also all other staff especially the girl at the front desk (sorry I forgot the name) are excellent and very welcoming. Keep up the good work!
