The Gold Standard for Replacing Missing Teeth
Dental implants are widely considered the most effective, long-lasting solution for replacing missing teeth and for good reason. Unlike a bridge or denture, an implant replaces the entire tooth structure, including the root, by integrating directly with your jawbone. This means an implant not only restores the appearance of your smile, but also preserves the bone density and facial structure that can deteriorate when a tooth is missing for an extended period.
At Rollstone Family Dental, we provide dental implant consultations and treatment for patients across Fitchburg, Leominster, Lunenburg, Townsend, Ashburnham, and Ayer who are missing one tooth, several teeth, or are exploring full-mouth restoration options. Our team will walk you through your candidacy, your options, and exactly what to expect, so you can move forward with confidence in your decision.
Dental Implant Options We Offer
- Single Tooth Implant: Replaces one missing tooth with an individual implant and custom crown, the most common and straightforward implant solution.
- Multiple Tooth Implants: Replaces several missing teeth, either with individual implants or an implant-supported bridge, depending on the location and spacing of the gaps.
- Implant-Supported Dentures: Anchors a full or partial denture to a small number of implants, providing significantly more stability and confidence than a traditional removable denture.
- Full-Mouth Dental Implants: A comprehensive solution for patients missing most or all of their teeth, replacing an entire arch with a fixed, implant-supported restoration.
Are You a Candidate for Dental Implants?
Most healthy adults with sufficient jawbone density are good candidates for dental implants. During your consultation, we'll evaluate factors including your overall oral health, the condition of your jawbone, any underlying medical conditions, and your smoking status, if applicable all of which can affect implant success.
If your jawbone has experienced significant deterioration due to long-term tooth loss, a bone graft procedure may be recommended before implant placement to build a stronger foundation. We'll discuss this openly with you if it applies to your situation, along with how it affects your treatment timeline.

Dental Implants With or Without Insurance
Rollstone Family Dental accepts most major dental insurance plans. Implant coverage varies significantly by plan. Some plans cover a portion of the procedure, while others may cover only the final crown. We verify your coverage before your appointment and provide a clear, itemized cost estimate so you know exactly what to expect financially before moving forward.
For patients without insurance, our in-house Dental Membership Plan includes 20% off all treatments beyond your included preventive care which applies to the cost of dental implant treatment.
