Book Your Appointment

You can book your first appointment online in minutes or give us a call at (978) 344-6916. When you call or book online, let us know you're a new patient. We block extra time for first visits so nothing feels rushed. We'll also ask for your insurance details upfront so we can verify your coverage before you arrive. No surprises.

Complete Your New Patient Forms

We'll send you your new patient paperwork ahead of your appointment so you can complete it at home, at your own pace, without sitting in a waiting room filling out forms.

Arrive & Get Settled

We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, not because we'll keep you waiting long, but because it gives you a moment to settle in, meet our front desk team, and get comfortable before your appointment begins. Our reception area is calm and welcoming, and our team will greet you by name from the moment you walk in.

Meet Your Doctor & Care Team

Your first visit will begin with a warm introduction to your doctor and the team members who will be caring for you. Before anything clinical happens, our doctor will sit down with you to talk. We will want to hear about your dental history, your concerns, any anxiety you might have, and what you're hoping to achieve with your oral health. This conversation is as important to us as the exam itself.

Comprehensive New Patient Exam

Your first exam at Rollstone Family Dental is thorough and intentionally so. It includes a complete oral health assessment, digital X-rays, a periodontal (gum health) evaluation, an oral cancer screening, and a professional cleaning. We take the time to map out the full picture of your oral health so we can give you honest, accurate recommendations, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.

Review Your Treatment Plan Together

After your exam, your doctor will walk you through everything they found, in plain language, without jargon, and without pressure. If any treatment is recommended, you'll understand exactly what it is, why it's being recommended, what it costs, and what happens if you choose to wait. Every treatment decision at Rollstone Family Dental is yours to make. We provide the information; you make the call.

Dental Insurances We Accept

Rollstone Family Dental accepts most major dental insurance plans as a participating provider, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, United Concordia, and Anthem. We verify your insurance before your appointment and bill your provider directly, so you know what to expect before you sit down.

Please note: We do not currently accept MassHealth (Medicaid). If your plan is not listed, call us at (978) 344-6916, we accept many additional plans not listed here.

I can not say enough good about Dr. Mark and and staff. They are all wonderful caring people. I had to get a complete set of dentures I have extreme fear of dentist no matter what they are doing for me. Dr. Mark and staff was kind and so gentle and understanding. My journey of having all the work done is almost over. For a few years I have not wanted to smile .But now im looking forward to being able to with out shame. Please rather you are scared to death of dentist or just need dental work. Choose this office. You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough about this office! I have such a phobia with the dentist, and everyone here has been so friendly and gentle from the minute I walked in! They are flexible and got my appointment moved up, they are fairly priced, and just overall an amazing practice! Seriously can’t recommend Dr. Mark and team enough especially if you are a baby when it comes to dental work! Both Gabrielle and his other assistance were both great as well! Such a good experience compared to past ones I have had.

Tanya was awesome. I am afraid of dentists and she made it a very comfortable visit. Also when I went in for the dental work ( I am petrified of dentists) it was amazing. Dr. Mark was kind and gentle, and Gabriel was so good he even helped me with my internet (So I could listen to music to take my mind off of the fillings).

Great top notch service, Dr. Mark is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Tori did a great job with the cleaning! Very delicate yet very efficient.
