Also when I went in for the dental work ( I am petrified of dentists) it was amazing. Dr. Mark was kind and gentle, and Gabriel was so good he even helped me with my internet (So I could listen to music to take my mind off of the fillings).

I have such a phobia with the dentist, and everyone here has been so friendly and gentle from the minute I walked in! They are flexible and got my appointment moved up, they are fairly priced, and just overall an amazing practice! Seriously can’t recommend Dr. Mark and team enough especially if you are a baby when it comes to dental work! Both Gabrielle and his other assistance were both great as well! Such a good experience compared to past ones I have had.

I’m still a little nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Mark and his assistants are wonderful. They are patient and understanding with me. They always have a smile on their faces.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love this dental practice. I've had a lot of dental work done and they are compassionate, gentle, competitive and they do good work. I even commute from overseas to stay with them, rather than move to a dentist closer to home!

Very informative, Dr. Mark explained everything that he was going to do and gave me treatment options and referral to a specialist. Dental hygienist Tonya was very warm and friendly although she did not do the cleaning the day of the appointment because I had too much tooth pain, she did X-rays and photos and calmed me down as I am a total dentalphobe.
Also shout out to Gabriel and Stephanie, whose name I hope I have correct, at the front desk. I had 2 urgent extractions, which was frightening, but Dr.Mark and Gabriel made it less terrifying.
They even called me at home a few hours later to check up on me.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had that experience. In our office we always try to get patients in to be seen, same day if possible, especially if they are in pain. We don't have a policy of telling you we will call back later. If you give us a call we can get you scheduled right away. There are also a lot of offices with similar names in the area, so make sure you are calling our office (we are on elm St). We don't have you as a patient in our records currently

I had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist because of past bad experiences but had to have emergency care and no choice but to see a dentist for an extraction. Well after my first visit with SmileCare that anxiety is now completely gone. Had my second appointment today and looking forward to being a patient with them long term. The whole team is awesome!

Brought our 2 year old son in for his first dentist appointment today and Nichole was so sweet with him. Let him see what she was going to do before checking his teeth and was so patient with him!
